I\u2019m Peter\u2014a husband, dad, pastor, and passionate believer in the power of the local church. I grew up in the Northeast as a pastor\u2019s kid, watching my parents faithfully serve their church. That legacy planted something deep in me. By the summer of my sophomore year in high school, I knew: God was calling me to give my life to building the Church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That calling has taken me on a wild and meaningful ride\u2014through Bible college, seminary, full-time ministry, and church planting. And I\u2019ve loved every bit of it. I\u2019m here to help people find hope, live with purpose, and follow Jesus in a way that impacts the world around them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Hope City Church was born out of a deep desire to bring real hope to real people in Sarasota. Back in 2016, God stirred something in my heart\u2014and in the hearts of a few others\u2014to plant a church that would be more than just a Sunday gathering. We dreamed of a place where people could truly find hope and experience home. In January 2017, that dream became a reality, and Hope City opened its doors with the mission to be an anchor of hope in our community .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since day one, we\u2019ve been passionate about helping people connect with God in a way that changes their lives. We believe that God\u2019s love and grace are the most magnetic forces on the planet, and we long to see people experience what Jesus calls \u201clife to the fullest!\u201d Our mission is simple: help people find hope and experience home. We\u2019re not just a church in Sarasota\u2014we\u2019re a church that\u2019s for<\/em> Sarasota. That means we\u2019re committed to loving our city, serving our neighbors, and being a movement of people bringing the hope of Christ to our community .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I met my wife, Tiffany, in college. She fell for me immediately. \ud83d\ude09 We’ve been married for over two decades and have three amazing kids: Noah, Grace, and Leah. I hold degrees from Philadelphia Biblical University and Biblical Theological Seminary, where I focused on how the Church can be both strategic and missional in its community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am the founding pastor of Hope City Church in Sarasota, Florida–a life-giving church designed to help people take their next steps in their journey of faith. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I’m not preaching or planning something with our team, you’ll probably find me spearfishing, watching the sunset at the beach, or hanging with my wife and kids. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe the Gospel is real, relevant, and absolutely worth your whole life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe the local church should be filled with laughter, healing, purpose, and mission. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I believe that you have a next step in your journey of faith, no matter where you’re starting from. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My personal mission is to help people trust God fully, live with purpose, and impact their communities for Jesus<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
